First, an important note
eSaveFrom does not host, store, or cache any video. It resolves links and lets your browser fetch files directly from the source platform. Because we hold no copy of the content, the most effective route for most complaints is the source platform, which actually stores and serves the media.
Sending a notice
If your concern relates to how eSaveFrom operates, email dmca@esavefrom.com with the following:
- Your name and contact details, and the rights holder you represent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work concerned.
- The exact URL(s) on eSaveFrom relevant to your complaint.
- A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights holder, the agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review valid notices promptly and take appropriate action for anything within our control, such as blocking a specific URL pattern from being resolved. We may share the notice with the source platform where that is the correct venue. We will acknowledge your message at the address you provide.
